We know how important it is to be organised, to have lists of people to contact, of jobs to do. But don't forget, your lists are a means to an end, not an end in themselves.

Endlessly re-writing a list cannot compare with just doing some of the tasks on it. (That's a good tip - I think I'll just add it to my list...........).
